We do a lot of interviews at Analyst Harbor, juniors, seniors, business analysts, business architects… basically anyone who has ever said the words: “It depends.” :)
And I genuinely love it. Not because interviews look good on a content calendar (they do), but because people are honest. They talk about what’s changing, what’s painful, what AI is doing to our work, and what still matters when everything around us feels like it’s on “fast forward”.
Recently I reached out to one of my connections and asked (gently, politely, with my best “networking voice”) if he’d be open to an interview.
He declined.
No long explanation. Just one sentence:
